Social commentary piece depicting the perception some men believe if a female dresses in a certain way, it is an open invitation for them.  The nails hidden within the soft fabrics represents the fact that women are not necessarily "lashing out" if they do not approve of the sexual advances. A "warning sign" is not required, a woman can do what she wants and men better approved with caution, and do so at their own risk.
